#172- arf!

I've been self isolating, think its because my ed is getting worse, idk. I didn't see my brother or call with Ian yesterday which is very out of character. But I'm gonna go see my brother soon so thats cool!

There were no trick or treaters last night. I live in an area where its not expected but it's still nice, yknow? generally everyone on tt and stuff is saying that there's basically no one trick or treating. Trunk or Treat really fucked Halloween up.

#173- boy eepy

my nightmares have come back. My hope is that they'll leave soon and not get to the point where I'm scared to sleep again. I woke at around 0200 and had to take alot of meds js to get back down hours later, I didn't wake up until like 1030 which is 2.5 hours late. great. anyway. I didn't drink energy drink for a few hours after waking up and got confused by my pounding headache... imagine.
